1.       Kochi

2.    Kozhikode (also known as Calicut)

At a distance of 179 km from Kochi,Kozhikode is a city in the state of Kerala. It is the 3rd largest city in Kerala and the headquarters of Kozhikode District.
The name Kozhikode is said to derive from Koyil (palace) Kotta (fort). This is known by various names, for the Arabs was Kalikat, for Chinese was Kalifo. Tipu Sultan, during the conquest of Malabar, tried unsuccessfully to change the name of the city to Firozabad.

At a distance of 85 km from Kanyakumari, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) is the capital of the state of Kerala and the headquarters of Thiruvananthapuram district. It is also one of the popular  places to visit while in Kerala.

Thiruvananthapuram means City of Lord Anantha in Malayalam and Sanskrit. The name derives from the deity of Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple located in the city.
Trivandrum is famous for its scenic tourist spots including internationally renowned beaches like Kovalam, historic monuments with Gothic architecture, backwaters, unexplored mountain ranges etc. Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Napier Museum, Kanakakkunnu Palace, Science & Technology Museum, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Kowdiar Palace, Happyland Amusement Park, Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, etc. are some of the tourist attractions in the city.
